It is the second business airport in France with more than 60 000 passengers. Last but not least, tourism in the French Riviera is a well developped business. On 155 000 available beds, 38% are hotels. Private properties on the French Riviera represent only 1210 beds. No doubt that properties to rent on the French Riviera is not a saturated market. There are 150 000 properties on the French Riviera and 40 000 belong to foreigners. I believe that few of them have already thought about renting their property on the French Riviera !

Indeed, from January 2003, every owner of a swimming pool must set up a safety system to protect the access to the swimming pool. Many properties on the French Riviera are equipped with a swimming pool. The French laws about swimming pool impact both hotels and private properties.
Be careful, you can’t turn down the French laws about swimming pool, given that you have no children and you don’t welcome any of them in your property on the French Riviera. But if your swimming pool is an inside swimming pool with a door access or if your swimming pool is air filled, you are not concerned by the French laws about swimming pool.
