If you’re looking for a good place to spend some holidays, why don’t you rent a property on the French Riviera? I do recommend the Var because it’s one of the most woody and shinning area in France. Its shoreline is amazing and its nature is well preserved. On the French Riviera, Var is known for its authentic fishing villages and its lovely and peaceful scenery.
The most famous place is Saint Tropez. Despite the growing number of tourists and the endless traffic jam on summer, the beauty of Saint Tropez has been protected since 1960. The cosmpolitan village offers properties to rent from € 25,000 to € 150,000 per month. Tourists book very soon the best properties with spacious interiors, a swimming pool, a sea view and a residential neighbourhood. On the French Riviera, Saint Tropez is known to be very cosmopolitan. So it’s an easy place to live for foreigners. Above all, the trendy and festive place are numerous like the fashionable beaches “La Voile Rouge” or ”Nikki Beach”.
Other less known cities can welcome you in Var. For instance, Ste Maxime is much more family oriented and you still enjoy a wonderful coastline. I suggest you to go deeper in the hinterland. If you fancy quietness and anonymity, you can rent properties for much more affordable price and with an easier access : Bormes les Mimosas, Hyères, Le Lavandou, Roquebrune sur Argens…
