Our mission : Home management for events industry

We’re very pleased to announce you that we’re going visit more than 20 properties in Apri 2010. Our mission is to find new properties for the events industry on the French Riviera : home management for events industry !

We have first selected many properties and speak with owners. None of them rent their properties for any events. Usually it’s becausethey didn’t think about it before our conversation. Often, they fear the consequences of welcoming events in their property.

We explained to each owner that our mission is to find the best property for our clients, but also to develop long term relationships with owners. So, our goal is to clearly define with every owner what they allow and what they do not allow in their property.

That’s the reason why we want to visit every property we selected. That’s the second step in our home management for events industry. Given the fact that we have very various demands from our clients : private or corporate events, few or numerous guests, one night or one week…, we need to visit all the properties to define the best ones for each demand.
